2. OSCARFHBAEZ® RETURN POLICY

The following purchase and return information governs purchases made through Oscar FH Baez. Please note that any item considered final sale on the product page cannot be returned.

 

2.1. RETURN POLICY

For online purchases, Oscar FH Baez will accept merchandise in its original status for refund / exchange when accompanied by the original invoice. Returned merchandise must also include the original shoe box and sole adhesive labels and must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery (i.e., your return shipment must have a postal stamp within 30 days after receipt of your order). Shipping costs are not refundable. We strongly recommend that all customers verify the merchandise thoroughly at the time of delivery before removing the transparent adhesive label and before discarding the original packaging. For any discrepancy with your order, contact us immediately.
